need a squad (CONSOLE)

"This is chess, not checkers." I'm looking for players who understand the game beyond their main. Ideally, you can play 10+ heroes comfortably, think about counters, team composition, and win conditions, and adapt on the fly as the match changes. I value players who are willing to swap when it's the right call, communicate solutions instead of assigning blame, and keep their ego out of the game. Flexibility, game sense, and teamwork win more games than stubbornness.
