1. Controls in the product
Signed-in Rivena users can:
- Edit profile fields (display name, avatar, rank and peak rank, region, platform, roles, hero preferences, availability, biography) in Settings.
- Block other users to prevent contact.
- Connect and disconnect Discord and manage Discord notification categories in Settings.
- Unsubscribe from optional email using the unsubscribe link at the bottom of those emails; operational and security emails continue.
- Leave groups, cancel tournament entries, cancel outgoing invitations and requests, and hide chat messages from your view.
A dedicated Legal & Privacy area in Settings — including in-product data export, one-click account deletion, and a cookie preferences panel — is not currently available. These self-service controls are not currently available. Requests may be submitted through the monitored contact address listed below.
2. Access, correction, deletion, and export
To request access to your Rivena data, correction of inaccurate data, deletion of your account and associated data, a portable copy, or to object to or restrict certain processing, email rivena.app@gmail.com from the address associated with your account. These self-service controls are not currently available; requests must be submitted through this monitored contact address. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request and will respond within the period required by applicable law.
Before deletion, note that certain records may be retained when reasonably necessary for security, fraud and abuse prevention, tournament integrity, financial records, dispute resolution, legal compliance, and enforcement of platform rules, as described in the Privacy Policy. Where retention remains necessary, Rivena limits use of retained information and de-identifies it where reasonably feasible.
3. Sale and targeted advertising
Rivena does not sell personal information for money and does not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as those concepts are defined by applicable privacy law. There is nothing to opt out of today. If this ever changes, Rivena will provide legally required notice and controls before beginning the new practice.
4. State-specific rights
Residents of California and other U.S. states, and residents of the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, and Switzerland, may have additional rights, including the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. See sections 13 and following of the Privacy Policy. To exercise any of these rights, use the request channel in section 2 above.
